Park Terrace Swimming and Tennis club is a family oriented facility designed to meet your year - round family recreational goals. Conveniently located in the Land Park south area off Interstate 5, Park Terrace provides a wide assortment of programs and services for its membership. Membership is limited to only 325 families and unlike other corporate clubs, each Park Terrace member owns their fractional share of everything, land, building, furniture, fixtures and equipment.
Park Terrace was incorporated in 1953 and is led by a nine-member Board of Directors which employs a fulltime manager, maintenance crew, tennis pro, lifeguards and summertime recreation leaders. Park Terrace is a non-profit corporation offering one share of stock per membership. Applications are available through the office.

Tennis Town presents Pro Tennis at Park Terrace 2012
Come join us for some of the best live tennis in Northern California. Park Terrace is pleased to be hosting the Tennis Town's Pro Tennis at Park Terrace 2012 event running May 30 - June 10, 2012. Professional tennis players from around the world will be at the club competing for valuable tour points. Admission is free so come out and watch some amazing tennis in your own back yard.
