Our clubhouse is designed to accommodate both formal and casual affairs to a 200 person capacity. It has a spacious 1800 square foot banquet area and an adjacent 1200 square foot hardwood dance floor. 175 people can be seated for dining in the banquet area, and the number can expand to 200 by also using a small portion of the dance floor for seating. There is also a full kitchen for you or your caterer to use.
Our current rental rate is $900 for 150 to 200 people for a five hour event. There is a reduced rate for smaller parties, starting at $400-450 for up to 50 people. These rates include the necessary security guards. Of course, you would have extra time before the party for decorating and setting up, and after for cleanup. We also require a refundable $300.00 cleaning/damage deposit and a contract to be completed in order to reserve the rental.
There are 25 - 8 foot tables and 14 - 5 foot tables available. Both long and round tables seat 8 people; We will set up the tables and chairs, as you have requested, on the day of the event.
In the kitchen there are multiple sinks, refrigerator and freezer, two microwaves, and three warm up ovens, and a stove for your convenience. We also have a portable bar, ice machine, ice tubs, and a coffee machine for use at no added expense.
If you have homeowners insurance, we ask that you explore having Park Terrace named as an additional insured on your policy for the event.
Please feel free to come by during club office hours to view our facilities and fill out a rental agreement. Our office hours are 9am to 8pm. We are located in the South Land Park area near I-5. Take the Fruitridge/Seamas exit. Then head east toward South Land Park Drive. Take a left onto Parkfield Court just after John Cabrillo School (So. Land Park Drive is too far) and continue into our parking lot. Thank you for considering Park Terrace for your special event.

Family "Gametime" Clinic
This is a clinic for kids and adults who want to improve flexibility and muscle tone, as well as athletic performances in any discipline. I will be teaching how to use mental energy to improve bad habits and areas of weakness, and in turn find new abilities and strengths, improving posture, circulation, respiration issues, and how to maintain good habits in order to prevent future injuries. We will practice swimming and water polo basics and then have an opportunity to have fun with your family and learn a new sport together.
Parents: This is excellent training for spectating once your swimmer becomes a water polo player.
It is a necessity if you want to learn to referee the sport, and the Sac area badly needs good referees!
The class will consist of 15 min instruction/warmup, then 45 min of "gametime". Players will learn basics of water polo in the shallow end, and anyone who wants to use a floating "noodle" can learn the skills without worrying about keeping afloat, while attempting to perfect these skills!
BRING: Warm clothes and towel, athletic swimsuit, cap (for long hair). goggles are not used during polo, but may be used for laps and warmup.
AGES: 4 - 100, This clinic is for anyone who wants to improve breathing, circulation, flexibility, and is excellent for cross-training. (kids must have 1 season of swimming or parental permission),
